Senior PL/SQL Developer

Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior PL/SQL Developer to join our growing team. The team member will be part of innovative team to work in Fintech Domain.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of in experience with MS SQL and PLSQL / SQL
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server data modeling and T-SQL development.
Java experience is a plus
Experience with Oracle and SQL databases
Proven experience in Java development, including building and maintaining applications that interact with Oracle databases using PL/SQL and SQL.
Strong knowledge of development tools, SSMS and Visual Studio SQL Server project templates.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Experience with Azure SQL (PaaS SQL Server).
Strong understanding of backup and disaster recovery best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Designing databases and ensuring their relational integrity and performance.
Creating and maintaining data models and programming objects.
Developing, implementing, and optimizing SQL queries.
A knowledgeable on Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
Collaborating with software developers to integrate database solutions into applications.
Ensuring data security and integrity through regular backups and updates.
Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
Improving application's performances.
Preparing documentation for data dictionaries and ERD.
Creating database tables, structures, schemas, stored procedures, UDFs, and sequences.
Creating queries for integration with other applications.
Develop and execute ad hoc SQL queries to support data request from Product and Business teams.
